Downloading Files
The download is a compressed zip folder containing PDF and MP3 files. After you purchase, please download and save it to a location on your computer where you can easily find it again. We suggest you create a shortcut either on your desktop or in your START menu for easy access.
To access and use the files, they must first be extracted from the zip folder. This is not difficult. On many Windows based computers, you simply right click on the zip folder and a menu appears. Select "Extract all" and a new folder is created containing all the files.
You can download a free trial extraction program that will access the files inside the zip folder.

Read Before Purchasing
When you reach the end of the check out process, you will see an order acknowledgement page. At the bottom of the page is the link to access your download. DO NOT CLOSE this page until after the download has been successfully saved on your computer.
Click the link at the bottom of the page and a dialog box will open giving you the choice to "Open", "Save" or "Cancel." Select "SAVE". In the next dialog box that opens, you select the location on your computer where you want to save the zipped download.
These zip files will require between 5 to 25 minutes to download to your computer, depending on your internet connection speed and other factors. If the download is interrupted or fails, you can click the link on the order acknowledgement page and try again. This link will time out after a while, so don't leave your computer until the download is successfully completed.

These are large files - 34 MB for the Vocal Warm-ups and 152 MB for Contemporary Vocalist. If you do not have a fast broadband connection to the internet, such as DSL or cable, we recommend that you purchase the hard copies of these products. A dial-up connection is too slow to successfully download such large files. We want you to be happy with your purchase, not frustrated with computer difficulty.
